- Which voice should I pick?
- The one that sounds like someone you would hire for your front desk. Howard is the default and suits any trade. If most of your callers are worried or upset, a calm voice like Amber or Callie helps. If you want to stand out, try a voice with an accent.
- Will callers know it is an AI?
- Yes. Your agent says it is your AI assistant when it answers. The voices sound natural, but we never pretend the agent is a person.
- Can my agent use my own voice?
