This is what your week would look like.
Start with a call: hear the AI voice agent answer a customer and book the job. Then switch to the dashboard, a made-up heating and cooling company with 5 vans and a phone nobody can always reach, and click through every call it missed last month, what happened next, and what that was worth.
Two parts of the dashboard are not a picture. On Messages you can type what a customer would text and watch the real classifier decide how urgent it is and why. On Calendar the times are worked out from this shop’s hours as you read this — by the same code that fills a real diary.
What picks up
Or call +1-419-239-0512. Howard, our own AI agent, answers it on the same system, in his own voice.
Hear what your caller hears
An example call, 51 seconds. The agent’s voice is the real one.
- AgentThanks for calling Buckeye Comfort Heating and Cooling. I'm an AI assistant and I take notes on what we discuss. Nobody's free right now, but I can take what you need and get somebody to call you back. Who am I speaking with?
- CallerYeah, hi. My furnace quit on me. There's no heat at all.
- AgentSorry to hear that. Can I get your name?
- CallerDana Whitcomb.
- AgentThanks Dana. What's the best number to reach you at?
- CallerFour one nine, five five five, oh one four two.
- AgentGot it. And where are you located?
- CallerHuron, just off Cleveland Road.
- AgentI have tomorrow at eight, or eleven thirty. Which works better?
- CallerEight works.
- AgentYou're booked. So that's Dana Whitcomb, four one nine, five five five, oh one four two, no heat, tomorrow at eight. We'll see you then.
It answers when you cannot
Off until you switch it on, then per number: let it take everything, or let your phone ring first and have it catch only what you miss. Anyone it does not reach gets your text within a minute.
It books into your calendar
Only the jobs you mark bookable, for the length you say each one takes. It checks what is already booked and what is in your own calendar first, so it cannot offer an hour you are not free.
It flags an emergency
What the caller says they need is matched against the words your trade treats as urgent, such as no heat, a gas smell or water spreading, and the lead is raised and marked for attention.
It says it is an AI in the first sentence, and it takes notes rather than recording the call: no audio is kept, ever. It cannot quote a price, promise a time nobody is holding, or tell anyone a gas situation is safe. Every call is capped at five minutes.
Every missed call, in one list

Their words are kept as they said them. Nobody retypes a voicemail, and whoever rings back reads what the caller actually asked for.
Want to see it with your own number on it?
We set the whole thing up for you — the number, the wording, the follow-ups. Your phone keeps working exactly as it does now.
The one-time $499 is charged when you submit your carrier registration — filing it is the work it pays for. The monthly starts the day your number goes live, not before.
Everything here is invented. Buckeye Comfort Heating & Cooling is not a real business, the names and addresses are made up, and the phone numbers cannot ring anybody. The figures are what a shop this size could plausibly do — not a customer’s results, because we would need their permission to show you those. The behaviour is the exception: the urgency words, the reply targets, the text-back wording and the way times are offered all come from the same configuration that runs the real product.
