of work, going to whoever picks up

Nobody leaves a voicemail any more. They press back and call the next business in the results, and the job is gone before you have wiped your hands. We text every one of those callers back within a minute — how many write back is up to them, but they are talking to you instead of your competitor.

Call missed. Text sent. Job booked.

Three screens is the whole product. There is nothing to learn and nothing to remember to do.

The AI voice agent

When you can’t pick up, it can.

Every plan includes an AI voice agent that answers the calls you miss. You choose per number: it stays off and we text instead, your phone rings first and it catches only what you miss, or it answers every call.

  • Answers in your business's name

It picks up as your business, says plainly that it is an AI assistant, and asks what the job is. Callers hear an answer instead of a voicemail.

  • Knows your business

Every call, it is given your business name, your opening hours, the area you cover and the jobs you take, so it can tell a caller whether you do the work and where.

  • Books the job into your calendar

For the jobs you mark bookable, it checks what is genuinely free, including appointments already made and a calendar you connect, offers real times, and books the slot for as long as that job takes.

  • Takes the details down properly

A name and a callback number first, then the address of the work, read back so the caller can correct it. It all lands on the lead in the caller's own words.

  • Recognizes an emergency

When a caller says the words that mean an emergency in your trade, like no heat or a gas smell, it stops asking questions, takes their number, gives them your urgent callback promise, and marks the lead urgent.

  • Keeps the conversation going

If the call ends without a booking, the text-back picks it up, so the caller hears from you again instead of being left as a note.

What it will not do

The calls that need you still come to you. No audio is recorded; you get a written record of what was said instead.

  • Quote or guess a price
  • Promise a time nobody is holding
  • Move or cancel an existing appointment
  • Tell a caller a gas or electrical situation is safe

Questions people actually ask

What happens when my business misses a call?
CallerOps sends the caller a text inside a minute of the missed call, from a local number in your area code, naming your business and asking what they need. The caller can reply by text or book a time themselves. You get the lead in a list with their message, so you can follow up when you are off the roof.
Can CallerOps answer the phone for me?
Yes. Every CallerOps plan includes an AI voice agent that answers in your business's name when you cannot. It tells callers it is an AI, asks what the job is, takes a name, a callback number and the address, and books the work into your calendar for the jobs you allow. If a caller describes an emergency, it takes their number and marks the lead urgent instead of booking. It will not quote a price, promise a time nobody is holding, or move an existing appointment. You choose per number whether it answers every call, only the ones you miss, or none.
Do I need a new phone number?
No. Your existing line stays exactly as it is — nothing is ported, moved or switched off, and your phone rings the way it always has. Keep the number that is already on your van and your Google listing; your phone system tells us when a call goes unanswered. The reply comes from a local texting number we give you, and every text says who it is from.
How fast does the customer get a reply?
Usually inside a minute of the call ending. Speed is the whole point: most people who reach a voicemail do not leave one, they call the next business in the search results. A reply that arrives while they still have their phone in their hand keeps the job with you.
Will it text people in the middle of the night?
Only to answer somebody who just called you. If a customer rings at 2am and nobody picks up, they get a text straight away, because they are still holding the phone and about to call somebody else. Everything else, like follow-ups and reminders, waits until you open. Anyone who replies STOP is removed immediately and permanently, and no further messages can reach them on that number.
What does it cost?
CallerOps starts at $999 a month for a single location, with a one-time $499 setup that covers carrier registration, your message wording and connecting your calendar. There is no contract and no minimum term. Two or three recovered jobs a month cover it where the work is repairs, and a single install or replacement covers several months.
Who is it for?
Service businesses where the owner or crew cannot answer while working: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, towing and auto repair, cleaning and restoration, salons, med spas and dental practices in Sandusky and across Erie County, Ohio.
